I am a PhD student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology (SUT), where I also did my M.Sc. study in biomechanics. I hold a dual B.Sc. degree in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering, both from SUT. My research interests are mainly in biophysics of cell membranes. I am using molecular dynamics simulations to understand the nature of interactions between lipids and transmembrane proteins.
